These terms apply to all purchases of travel readings via this website. Sales are processed by Digistore24 GmbH as authorized reseller — your purchase contract for payment processing is concluded with Digistore24; the reading itself is created and delivered by Sonia Kowalewski ("when & where").
A travel reading is an individually created digital product: a personal PDF dossier based on your birth data and preferences, containing an astrological interpretation (astrocartography and transits) with region and timing suggestions and curated booking recommendations. It is delivered by email within 3–5 business days after you submit your complete birth details. If demand causes longer waiting times, you will be informed.
Readings are astrological interpretations offered for inspiration, self-reflection, and entertainment. They are not travel, safety, health, financial, or legal advice, and no specific outcomes are promised. You remain responsible for your own travel decisions, bookings, and for checking current travel advisories and entry requirements.
Consumers in the EU generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For your reading, the following applies:
Individually created content: Your reading is produced individually for you based on your personal birth data. By submitting your birth details, you request that we begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period. Once your dossier has been created and delivered, the right of withdrawal expires in accordance with Art. 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU and its national implementations.
Before work begins: If you withdraw before we have started your reading (i.e. before or shortly after submitting the form), you receive a full refund — just email hello@when-and-where.com.
If something in your dossier feels off or unclear, write to us within 14 days of delivery — we'll gladly clarify or add to your reading. We want you to love it.
Booking suggestions in dossiers and on this website contain affiliate links (advertising). If you book through them, we earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Recommendations are chosen editorially; partners have no influence on which places appear in your reading.
Your dossier is for your personal use. Sharing, reselling, or publishing it (in whole or in part) is not permitted without written consent.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, liability is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations and to the foreseeable, typical damage. Statutory liability for injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.
Mexican law applies; mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence (including EU consumer law where applicable) remain unaffected. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder stays in force.
